There are three housekeepers on staff to maintain the pristine cleanliness of the property while providing any other provisions you may need. Middle Cay also staffs a private chef who can prepare up to three meals a day so you can spend more time enjoying everything this incredible island getaway has to offer.
Layout/Rooms
Between both homes, Middle Cay has 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms that all come with stunning ocean views. While outdoors, you’ll have exclusive access to multiple lounge spaces with resort-style outdoor furniture, perfect for spending time with loved ones while soaking in the island sun. Cool off in the infinity edge pool that overlooks tropical waters and rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.
When you’re ready for amazing al fresco dining, visit the beautiful dining courtyard just steps from the main house’s porch, which features a large 16-seat table. Both homes come with private decks/verandas for jaw-dropping views from any of the well-appointed, plush seating spaces found around the property. Main House
The main house features a gorgeous open floor plan with tropical accents and high-end, luxury furniture. The airy living room holds plenty of seating for everyone to get together for movie or game night indoors. There’s also a selection of books available for some relaxing down time alone in any of the secluded spaces found around the home. The large dining area for 10 features views of swaying palm trees and endless ocean splendor. The dining space is directly connected to the fully stocked gourmet eat-in kitchen, which is well-equipped with a large breakfast bar and high-end appliances.
